Beyond her career, Kelly is a devoted mother of four and proud grandmother of eleven. Born and raised in the area, Apryl brings a deep understanding of the local market and a strong connection to the community she proudly calls home.
In her role as Office Manager, Apryl oversees the day-to-day operations of the business with precision and care—ensuring that both clients and tenants receive responsive, personalized service every step of the way. Her balance of industry knowledge, attention to detail, and approachable nature make her a trusted point of contact for many of our long-standing clients.
Outside the office, Apryl is a proud mother of two and a loving aunt to nine nieces and nephews. She treasures time with her family and brings that same sense of care and commitment to her work.

Mike Tillman brings more than 30 years of executive business management experience to his role as Maintenance Supervisor at Places & Spaces Property Management. His background in leadership and operations plays a critical role in ensuring that our maintenance department runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality and tenant satisfaction.
As the husband of Founder Kelly Tillman, Mike is deeply committed to the family values and hands-on approach that define our company. Together, they’ve raised four adult children and are proud grandparents to eleven—a testament to the teamwork and dedication they bring to both family and business.
Outside of work, Mike is a passionate outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, exploring nature, and spending time with loved ones. His calm, solutions-oriented mindset and appreciation for the outdoors translate into his professional life, where he brings reliability, care, and a strong work ethic to every property he oversees.

Ashley’s calm, can-do attitude and deep understanding of the industry make her a valuable asset in navigating the day-to-day challenges of managing residential properties. Whether coordinating maintenance, assisting tenants, or supporting clients, she brings professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail to everything she does.
A proud dog mom to Rocky, her senior German Shepherd, Ashley has a big heart for animals and enjoys spending quality time with her furry companion. Outside the office, she loves being with family and friends and often expresses her creative side through baking, delighting loved ones with homemade treats.
